Your Team FAQs

What's the difference between 'Access-All-Areas' and 'Community Only' seats?

We have two levels of access to our community - Access-All-Areas (AAA) seats and Community seats.

What are AAA seats?

AAA members have full access to support via our community platform, including specialist interest groups like Automation and Marketing, plus access to all courses, systems, homework reviews, challenges and workshops. Also, if you are a coaching client, AAA seats are invited to attend coaching calls with you or on your behalf (subject to the terms of your subscription).

Which team members need a AAA seat?
AAA seats are typically used for Business Owners, Business Partners, CEOs, Operations Managers/Assistants, Systems Implementers, and other team members leading or directly involved in systems creation, automation, recruitment, and management.

What are Community seats?
Community members have access to support via our community platform. They can post questions and contribute in our staff spaces, connect with our members and have access to our knowledgebase, blog, and podcast archive. They do not attend live training or participate in challenges. The cannot access our courses or submit homework for review.

Which team members need a Community seat?

Community seats are for your general staff, admin assistants, and support staff who use the systems created by your AAA team.

Can I invite my team?

Yes! Our methodology focuses on freeing up your time effectively.

We believe there are two main ways to do this:

1. Delegating work.

2. Automating tasks with systems, automation and AI.

By focusing on delegating work first, you can offload time-consuming, repetive tasks AND have your team member help you build automations, utilise AI and create systems.

We'll train your team and support them to implement what they learn. This way you can enjoy the benefits without doing all the work yourself - allowing you to focus on higher value work.

After you join SYS Academy, if you don't already have an assistant, one of our first steps will be to help you hire one.

How many team members you can add depends on your level of membership - this is shown on the product information page and checkout.

Can my team attend group coaching calls?

We encourage you to invite one Access All Areas (AAA) team member to attend each group coaching sessions included in your membership.

They can join with you or attend on your behalf.

This enables us to train them on systemizing your business and implementing our course content- so you don't have to.

Different AAA team members can join each call so we can support each in their specific role. However, we only permit one additional team member on each call to ensure we have time to answer everyone's questions.

Can I change my active team members?

Of course. We understand thae staff leave, roles change and responsibilities are fluid in small business - that's why we created a self-service portal so you can add or remove members and change their access level directly through our platform.

Payment and Subscription FAQs

Can I speak to someone before I join?

I believe the best way for you to know if the SYS Academy is right for you is to join and see for yourself. Therefore, we offer a full, unconditional 30-day refund guarantee so you can make an informed decision (see our refund FAQ below for more details).

Will you remind me before my next payment is due?

Yes. We partner with Stripe as our secure payment service provider. Stripe will send you an email a few days before each payment is due so there are no nasty surprises . You can update your payment information, change subscription or cancel through Stripe's self-serve portal at any time- no need to contact us first (see our cancelation policy below).

Can I pause my membership?

We are unable to pause membership. You are free to cancel at anytime and rejoin at a later date (subject to our cancellation policy). However, any promotional rates offered when your signed up may not by available when you rejoin.

What is your Cancellation policy?

There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time by visiting your self-serve client portal. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling but one is always appreciated to help us improve our services.

Please note, no refunds are offered after the first 30 days. When you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be taken and you will retain access until the end of your current paid period. (Please see 'What happens to my access when I end my membership?' for more information)

If after cancelling you change your mind, you can rejoin at anytime before your paid period ends to keep your discounted rate.

If you want to re-join after your subscription has ended, you will not receive any promotional rates offered at the time of purchase.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a full 30 day, unconditional refund policy. Just drop us an email to [email protected] within the first 30 days and we will refund your fee in full. The refund usually takes 3-5 working days. You can see full details in our Terms of Business.

What happens to my access when I end my membership?

Your access to our community, support groups, courses, systems, training recordings and resources will be removed when you end your membership.

However, if you are a returning (legacy) client with existing access to courses and systems, you will retain any pre-existing access when you end your SYS Academy membership.

Do you offer discounts to legacy clients?

Yes, we offer a discounted rate for our legacy clients

If you have previously been on one of our coaching programs (SFO, SFO Sprint, Systems Mastery), you are eligible for our Founder/Legacy Client Offers.

There are no further discounts if you already own one, or even all of our courses. SYS Academy memberhip provides exclusive content, support, homework reviews, and connection opportunities beyond what is found in having access to our stadalone courses.
